Planner & Scheduler Haydock WA11 9UD Monday to Friday | No Evenings or Weekends . Hybrid Working | Full-Time (Ongoing Fixed Term) Join PHS Hygiene We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Planner & Scheduler to join our busy Operations team in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, route planning, data analysis, and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing Creating and maintaining efficient schedules for Service Drivers to maximise productivity and service delivery. Analysing routes, workloads, and performance data to drive continuous improvement. Supporting daily operational reviews and working closely with Operations Managers. Assisting with customer onboarding, mobilisation projects, and service queries.

Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational KPIs and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Promoting best practice, process consistency, and a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

Experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics coordination Strong analytical and organisational skills Excellent IT and communication skills Customer-focused and solutions-driven approach Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively Full UK Driving Licence What's In It For You?
