We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be one of the first people our customers connect with when they need help with their home. You’ll answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, schedule service appointments, provide updates, and help ensure every customer receives a smooth and positive experience from the first call through service. What You’ll Do Answer inbound customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments. Make outbound calls for appointment scheduling, maintenance reminders, VIP outreach, and customer retention. Listen to customer needs and provide friendly, professional, and solutions-focused support. Accurately enter customer information, appointment details, and notes into ServiceTitan or other CRM systems. Communicate appointment and service updates to customers. Partner with dispatchers, technicians, managers, and other team members to create a seamless customer experience. Follow established call processes and best practices while adapting your approach to each customer's needs. Help resolve customer questions and concerns and escalate issues when additional support is needed. Maintain accurate and professional documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills. A positive, professional, and empathetic approach to customer service. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and customer databases.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
