Street Food Kitchen Team Leader

Street Food Team Leader – YES, Manchester Pizza. Music. Good people. Get stuck in. YES is a music-led independent venue in the heart of Manchester. We’re looking for someone with kitchen experience, a natural sense of leadership and a hands-on approach to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our kitchen. This is a busy, energetic role where you’ll be right in the action — making pizza, supporting the team, keeping standards high and making sure service runs smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who: Has solid experience working with pizza in a busy kitchen Is confident taking the lead during service Cares about quality, consistency and cleanliness Is organised and comfortable with kitchen admin and paperwork, or willing to learn Leads by example and works well with a team Has a positive, can-do attitude and isn’t afraid of hard work You don’t need to have been a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager before.
