Sales Manager (Food & Beverage)

Our customer is hiring for the following role: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the Food & Beverage sector to drive sales initiatives and enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the Food & Beverage industry. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of competitors.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and initiatives. Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
