Continous Improvement Engineer

The Continuous Improvement Engineer position provides leadership and support to the deployment of a strategic plan which ensures customer satisfaction through the efficient production of superior quality products. The successful candidate will actively promote the Continuous Improvement frameworks and assessments, and other initiatives that provide roadmaps to a total quality culture.

This includes direct engagement with facilities to fully understand workplace realities. It also requires hands-on technical and functional leadership to improve technical and procedural standards.
