General Building Maintenance Worker I

Performs general repair and maintenance of architectural and structural systems in county buildings. Items such as doors, windows, floors, walls, ceiling stairs, office furniture, shelving, roof repairs and other related work. Safely operates, cleans, maintains and stores a variety of stationery and hand tools, inspects facilities to identify architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing deficiencies, also conducts building safety inspections.
