Facilities & Guest Experience Assistant Location: Battersea Power Station Pay: £12.80 /hr One City is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as Facilities & Guest experience support. This role is the backbone of the studio experience, a high-performance studio only feels high-performance when it's spotless, stocked, and ready to go.

You'll be responsible for maintaining our cleanliness standards throughout the day, keeping every space performance-ready from open to close.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and reset studio rooms in between and after every class, ensuring the space is spotless and ready for the next session. Continuous Standards: Maintain consistent cleaning of changing rooms, walkways, and reception areas and back of house throughout your shift, not just at set intervals. Towels & Stock Towel Management: Keep towels cleaned, folded, and fully replenished throughout the day.

Stock Replenishment: Monitor and top up amenities and consumables (toiletries, supplies, etc.) so members never find anything running low. Operational Support Proactive Eye: Spot and resolve cleanliness issues before they become member-facing problems. Team Coordination: Work alongside the Front of House and Studio Lead team to keep the whole studio "performance-ready" at all times.
