Job description
Plans, promotes, and develops a variety of aquatic programs for all ages, including swim lessons, training programs, and special events. Supervises swim instructors and provides aquatic instruction as needed while assisting in the supervision of Headguards and Lifeguards to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
Assists with pool maintenance and water chemistry to maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
