Job description
Oversee landscape maintenance work, including grass, shrubs, trees, and hardscape according to the SLA. Oversee cleanliness work in the area. Monitor, execute, and improve landscape maintenance and cleanliness work in the area. Supervise landscape upgrade work. Analyze and assess the existing plants for necessary repairs or damage prevention.
Monitor SLA and coordinate with vendors for resolution. Monitor and inspect the performance of vendors' workforce and equipment. Check daily and weekly progress reports from landscape maintenance and cleanliness vendors.
Requirements
Min. D3/S1 Landscape Architecture / Civil Engineer Experienced in the same field min. 2 years Experienced in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D Experienced in landscape maintenance and area cleaning. Experienced in working with area management companies and landscape contractors.
