Disptach and Warehouse Supervisor

Taimba Limited is seeking a qualified, proactive and results-driven Dispatch Supervisor to oversee Warehouse and Dispatch Operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely dispatch of products, effective inventory control, proper returns processing, team supervision, and compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, dispatch, or logistics operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team- lead role.
3. Proven experience in team supervision, shift planning, inventory reconciliation, dispatch management, and performance monitoring.
4. Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems, preferably Odoo, and strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
5. Sound knowledge of stock control, returns processing, quality assurance, warehouse safety, and SOP compliance.
6. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work on rotational shifts and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse and dispatch environment
