Job Description: Clubhouse Coordinator / The Springs at Wellspring Lutheran Services Part-Time | Approximately 12 Hours Per Week | Hourly $16.00 - $18.00 Looking for a Flexible Part-Time Role? We're seeking a friendly, organized Clubhouse Coordinator to support our resident clubhouse and common areas. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized and ensuring shared spaces are welcoming and ready for use. What You'll Do

Manage clubhouse and meeting room reservations. Maintain community calendars and facility schedules. Welcome residents and assist with clubhouse-related questions. Monitor and replenish clubhouse supplies. Help keep the clubhouse organized, presentable and ready for use. Report maintenance or facility concerns to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, administrative, hospitality, office support, property management or senior living experience is helpful, but not required.
