Production methods including food preparation for special populations ensure high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service, and storage. Assists with orienting and training of new team members. Performs other duties as necessary. Required Experience is 2 years Cook or 1-year Relevant experience with High School or equivalent or Graduate of a culinary program.

• High School. Or Preferred
• Technical Culinary. Experience: Required - 4 years Cook. Or - 2 years with High School or equivalent. Preferred - 6 months in healthcare. Specific Skills: Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Organizational skills. Computer Skills appropriate to the position. Customer Service Skills.
