Finance & Operation Sr. Supervisor

Ready to take ownership of large-scale Finance & Operations and make an impact beyond the numbers? As a Finance & Operations Senior Supervisor, you’ll lead day-to-day operations for our clients. You’ll work closely with the Manager on client engagement, operational performance, and business reviews, giving you the opportunity to influence both team success and client outcomes.

From Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Reconciliation, to Accounting operations, you’ll ensure our teams consistently deliver against SLA, accuracy, productivity, and quality standards. Beyond keeping operations running smoothly, you’ll be expected to solve complex operational challenges, develop Supervisors and team members, and drive process improvements that create measurable impact.
