Building Inspector

Job Roles & Responsibilities Conduct scheduled visual inspections of the assets for any defects, damages or any noncompliance to statutory requirements. Conduct scheduled lease compliance inspections on the operators’ operation Key areas of inspection include but not limited to the following:

• Non-compliance to statutory requirements
• Encroachment issues
• Illegal activities or improper/unauthorized usage of the space
• Under-maintenance of the assets Conduct visual inspections on the condition of building and capture defects, complete with photographic evidence. Conduct checks on the level of facilities management services (i.e. conservancy, landscaping and etc.).

Requirements

Job Requirements Candidate must posses relevant academic qualification (at least a diploma) Candidate must have minimum experience of at least 5 years relevant working experience Candidate hold a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate Good Oral and Written communication skills in English
