Internal Sales Consultant

Managing high-volume customer service within a dedicated renewable technology supplier, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring client engagement and sales conversion. Operating on a full-time, in-office basis, the role serves as a key operational link in delivering accurate product information and quotes to customers.

The impact of the role relies on fast processing of email and WhatsApp enquiries, resolving customer queries, and accurate data capture of information into internal systems. Working closely with sales pipelines, the position ensures accurate data capture, active lead follow-up, and precise quotation execution. The environment suits an attentive, customer-focused communicator who thrives working with clients and maintains strong written and verbal fluency in both Afrikaans and English.

By working accurately with CRM and quotation tools, the successful candidate will contribute to branch sales targets and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Process high volumes of email and WhatsApp customer enquiries promptly and efficiently. Customer Service & Problem Resolution: Attend to client enquiries and complaints timeously and professionally. CRM Data Management: Accurately capture customer details and manage lead follow-up structures within Hub. Spot. Quotation Generation: Prepare accurate customer quotes using Omni Accounts software, ensuring item selection aligns with client requirements.

Requirements

Essential Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English. Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to work effectively under pressure. High attention to detail to ensure precise client quotations. Availability to work full-time on-site in Macassar. Required Software Skills Hub.
