AV Project Manager

Objective: Xssentials is looking for a Project Manager to support our sales and installation teams at our Vail Colorado location. Relocation allowance and Temp Housing may be available. We are the industry leader in the Vail Valley and have been doing business for 30+ years.

With additional offices in Denver and Aspen we cover many of the resort mountain communities. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years project management experience 2+ years installation experience Computer Proficiency (MS Office and related programs) Job Duties: Responsible for all aspects of installation and project management for assigned projects QC management of all stages of assigned projects (Pre-wire, trim, equipment install, punch) Perform job site inspections as required.

Manage schedule for hourly team members Day to day interaction with field technicians and subs Interfacing on a personal basis with customers, builders, architects and other trades Providing timely correspondence with clients, builders and our internal staff Supporting installation teams with hands on help as required during busy season Perform other duties and assignments as required Desired Skills and Traits: Detail oriented with excellent follow through skills and a sense of urgency Must be able to multi-task responsibilities Team player; willingness to help others with a positive attitude Exceptional interpersonal communication skills Ability to read blueprints; installation plans Proficient construction knowledge Excellent organizational and time management skills Produce timely, complete and accurate deliverables Customer Service focused Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills Excellent communication ability Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Commitment to personal growth in advancing management skills Compensation and Benefits: Full- time Salary based position.
