Human Resource Recruiter and Benefits Coordinator

We have an opening for a full-time early career Human Resources Recruiter/Benefits Coordinator to provide support for company-wide Human Resources functions.

This includes but is not limited to: Recruitment for non-clinical positions, Employee Benefit Enrollment, and providing backup to other HR functions. Enjoy work life balance! with a Monday

• Friday 8pm-5pm schedule Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in Human Resources functions, including benefits administration and recruitment. Must have advanced knowledge of Windows Operating System, Word (including mail merge), Excel (v-looks ups, pivot tables, formulas), Outlook and Adobe software. Must have valid New Mexico driver’s license; must have and maintain a clean MVD record, current insurance and the ability to drive to multiple locations using own vehicle. Working knowledge of City, State, and Federal Government laws and regulations relating to proper employment practices. Previous experience working in HRIS system. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to respond to changing priorities. Ability to recognize problems within HR functions, especially those involving benefits administration, and assist in solutions. Ability to pay close attention to detail and produce quality work with multiple interruptions.
