Job Skills / Requirements Looking for a job that keeps you moving and offers something different every day ? ESS Clean is looking for a dependable, flexible Janitorial Floater to help keep our client locations looking their best! Our Janitorial Floaters work at different locations depending on where they're needed. You might cover for an employee who's on vacation, fill in for an absence, or help keep a building clean while we're hiring someone new.

We're looking for someone who can adapt to changing assignments, work independently, and take pride in delivering service to our clients -- even when the job looks a little different day to day.

What You'll Do

Perform general commercial cleaning at a variety of client locations, including offices, schools, medical facilities, factories, and other commercial buildings Fill in for associate absences, scheduled time off, and vacant positions by performing general cleaner duties (clean and disinfect restrooms, vacuum, mop, dust, remove trash, and restock supplies, etc.)

Learn different buildings, cleaning routines, and client expectations Maintain cleaning equipment and supply areas Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleaning concerns Assist with special cleaning projects or floor care as needed Travel between client locations based on daily assignments This is a full-time, hourly position, with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 5:00PM-1:30AM.

What We're Looking For

Someone who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable with changes in daily routine Ability to work independently and with others Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to learn new cleaning routines and follow instructions Excellent communication skills and a willingness to help wherever needed Valid driver's license and good driving record (must pass a motor vehicle record check) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not required -- we'll train you!

Physical Requirements This is an active position that requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You'll need to be comfortable using commercial cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums, mops, and floor care machines. Why ESS Clean?
