Executive Assistant to CEO - Ahmedabad

Job Overview: Will work directly under the CEO and act as his representative, eyes and ears. This is purely a staff function under the CEO and will not overlap with the authorities or responsibilities of any of the line managers. The second key function is to work with the CEO in research and study of various topics pertaining to the company's current or future initiatives and also technical research for understanding new products and technologies.

Key Responsibility & Duties: Will participate in various meetings and monitor outcomes on behalf of the CEO. May also act as a bridge or coordinator between various teams Collect and scrutinise all reports on behalf of the CEO and make exception reports for his reference Follow up on certain processes and critical instructions/tasks on behalf of the CEO Research on any topic assigned by the CEO, study all available material, filter through the data and make summary notes with recommendations Responsible for CEO Schedule and time optimisation.

Will ensure preparation and briefing for each meeting High-Level Procurement: Will work with the MM team for preparation of tender specs, evaluation, negotiations, and post-contract monitoring Strategic Outsourcing: Will work with the relevant team for scope of work, finalising the agency, and monitoring their performance Requirements Bachelor of Engineering.

Electrical, Civil, and Electronics preferred MBA in Finance English, Hindi, Gujarati. Will be a bonus if they know any more languages or can learn Exceptional fresher is okay. Or 2 odd years of experience, not necessarily as an EA Extremely conversant with the latest IT apps and technologies, including social media, AI, etc.
