Wellness Staff Location: Montgomery, AL, 36117 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Staff member to join our team in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will support the health and well-being of our clients by providing a variety of wellness services and promoting a positive, healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with wellness programs and activities designed to improve physical and mental health. Conduct wellness assessments and monitor client progress. Provide guidance and support on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy living. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized wellness plans.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress. Organize and facilitate wellness workshops, classes, and events. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients. Stay current with wellness trends and best practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in wellness, fitness, or related field preferred. Experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or related area is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to motivate and encourage clients. Basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and stress management techniques.
