Associate Attorney

THE FIRM Wilner & O'Reilly, APLC is excited to announce an immediate, full-time opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our Sacramento office! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to grow their career with an established immigration law firm. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Attorney, independently manage your caseload, build meaningful relationships with clients, and collaborate with our experienced team of attorneys and case managers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about immigration law, eager to grow professionally, and ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. SACRAMENTO OFFICE: The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Sacramento office.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

J.D. and active California bar membership in good standing Spanish fluency is required you must be able to advocate for and communicate directly with your clients You are not scared of court. Oral advocacy isn't a burden to you it's the whole point You bring genuine energy and charisma. Our clients need a champion. Be that person Strong written and oral communication motions, briefs, and in-person arguments all count Organized, responsive, and accountable.
