Australian Bookkeeper

Senior Bookkeeper Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹60,000–₹75,000 per month + Bonus Location: VIP Road, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (5 days a week) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Australian bookkeeping and accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and client communication.

This role is ideal for candidates who have worked with Australian clients, Australian accounting practices, or Australian bookkeeping processes and are comfortable handling accounting tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for Australian clients. Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions. Handle payroll processing and related bookkeeping activities.

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation. Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping and accounting matters. Assist with month-end accounting and reporting activities. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reconciliations. Ensure bookkeeping activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Support other Australian accounting and bookkeeping requirements as needed. Key Requirements 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting. Hands-on experience with Australian bookkeeping and accounting is essential. Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, AP, AR, payroll, and general bookkeeping. Experience handling accounting tasks for Australian clients will be preferred.

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
