Modular / Design Coordinator

Currently, Leighton Indonesia is looking for Modular / DfMA Coordinator for Data Center Project. This role is critical in help to ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and services to both internal and third-party clients while maintaining strong financial, operational, and safety performance. The engineering and manufacturing manager will take ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) for the business unit, champion health and safety, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Accountabilities: Lead manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Oversee the design, integration, and coordination of MEP systems across projects. Drive adoption of offsite construction techniques for improved efficiency and sustainability. Implement and manage detailed project schedules for on-time delivery.

Foster a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and reduce waste. Act as a key point of contact for the project team, ensuring strong relationships and successful project outcomes. Promote the benefits of offsite manufacturing and modular construction to the project team and industry partners.
