Essential Functions

$18.50 - $25.05 per hour (Additional $1.00 per hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) Provide administrative and clerical support for the Delhi Feedmill staff and accounting department. Prioritize administrative flow of paperwork to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

General clerical support Typing Answering phones Ordering office supplies Entering data into the computer Maintaining files Purchase orders Fuel consumption reports Energy reports and other feedmill reports Maintain feedmill preventive maintenance program in SAP Complete feed delivery tags, receiving tags, production data Inventory and shrink control of the warehouse Coordinate dispatch and driver paperwork Requirements: Must have at least one year of general office clerical experience Must be able to type 45 WPM Must be able to operate a 10 key by touch Must have computer knowledge to include IXOS, windows, Microsoft Office Must have good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) Must have good organizational skill Must be able to work with minimum supervision Foster Farms ACTION Guiding Principles Accountability: Deliver on commitments.
