1. Mass Recruitment in the position of Direct Sales and Technician for Broadband Business and related in Eastern Area

• (ROE):
• Lead and manage high volumn of recruitment initiatives to meet business hiring targets
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and selection
• Build talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate databases

1. Performance Management:

• Support implementation of performance management systems and processes
• Partner with managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans

1. Onboarding & Offboarding:

• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated
• Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation
• Analyze feedback to improve employee experience and retention

1. Employee Relations & Disciplinary:

• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies
• Manage disciplinary processes, including investigations and documentation
• Provide guidance to managers on conflict resolution and employee concerns

1. HR Business Partnering:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR matters
• Align HR initiatives with business objectives
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives
