Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 - eFC/eForms Integration and Deployment

Forms initiative supports Singapore’s healthcare digitalisation by enabling paperless workflows and improved patient experience.

This project covers 1) site deployment and 2) system integration with Health. Hub+ across multiple institutions and clusters. Subject to business needs, the selected intern(s) will be assigned to assist in one of the following workstreams:

1. Workstream 1: Site Deployment (Sing. Health Cluster – KKH & Kaki Bukit Polyclinic) Coordinate and facilitate login lab sessions for site onboarding Perform Technical Dry Runs (TDR) to ensure readiness of devices (e.g., Topaz signature pads) prior to go-live Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including coordination with testers and issue tracking Manage and track defects/issues during UAT and hypercare period Document outcomes, highlight risks/issues, and support go-live activities
2. Workstream 2: Integration with Health. Hub+ (NHG, NUHS, SHS) Support UAT activities across multiple clusters (NHG, NUHS, SHS) Coordinate with stakeholders to track test cases and consolidate feedback Log, track, and follow up on bugs and issue tickets during UAT and hypercare Work with cross-functional teams to support system integration and deployment activities Maintain documentation of testing progress and issue resolution About You: Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application testing processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing Have a keen interest in IT Project Management Familiar with ticketing or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Service. Now) is advantageous Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of Health.
