About the Role

As a Product Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and success of private label tissue products across the Iberian market. Working closely with commercial, manufacturing, R&D, and customer teams, you will identify market opportunities, develop innovative product solutions, and support successful product launches that meet customer expectations and business objectives.

What You Will Do

Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with market opportunities and customer needs across Iberia. Portfolio Management: Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize assortment, profitability, and growth. Customer Collaboration : Partner with key customers and commercial teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that create value.

Product Development: Define product specifications and coordinate the development of new products, formats, packaging, and designs. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, logistics, and sales teams to ensure successful product implementation and launches. Market Analysis: Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Development, or a related field. Experience in product management, category management, marketing, product development, or a related commercial environment. Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis, portfolio management, and cross-functional project coordination.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and influence diverse teams.
