Paramedic – Full-Time Nights Facility: Lynx Salem Position: Paramedic Schedule: Full-Time Nights Position Summary Lynx Salem is seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our team for a full-time night shift. The Paramedic will provide high-quality emergency medical care, assess and stabilize patients, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide emergency medical assessment and treatment according to established protocols. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status. Administer medications and perform emergency procedures within scope of practice. Safely transport and transfer patients as required. Complete accurate and timely patient care documentation.

Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies. Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. Provide compassionate, professional care throughout the night shift.

Qualifications

Current Paramedic certification/licensure as required by the state. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team. Previous paramedic or emergency medical experience preferred.
