Technical Engineer

Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves supporting technical coordination, reviewing drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with project standards, and assisting project teams in resolving technical and design-related issues throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

-Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure coordination and constructability. -Prepare and review technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, and material submit. -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding technical matters. -Ensure all technical documentation complies with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards.

-Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution. -Support BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration when required. -Monitor project progress and ensure technical deliverables are completed within deadlines. -Maintain proper documentation and records of project-related technical information.
