AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking an applicant for the Patient Services Ambassador. This position manages the delivery of patient dining. Great starting rate of $15.00/hr weekdays and $16.00/hr weekends with continual opportunities to make more money. The right applicant will possess excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Weekends and holidays are required! Duties, Responsibilities and Skills: Use an IPAD to enter meal orders and communicate menu choices to patients. Serve patient meals accurately and in a timely manner. Promote the highest levels of quality and service. Active Listening and Speaking � giving full attention to what others are saying.

Service Orientation � actively looking for ways to help and assist people. Reading Comprehension, time management, good judgement, and decision-making Holidays are required. Rotating Weekends Required Must be able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time. Healthcare experience not required; there is NO moving or repositioning of the patient.
