Indirect Sales Team Leader (Sharkia)

Develop and deliver sales presentations and training materials to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Collaborate with the HR team to hire and train a high-performing team of indirect sales representatives to build a capable and motivated sales force. Oversee team members by tracking their sales performance, attendance, attitude, and cash liquidity to ensure they meet the company’s standards and expectations. Evaluate staff performance monthly to provide feedback, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement.

Deal with clients to meet their requirements and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Visit locations served within the area to maintain a presence and address any on-site concerns or opportunities. Develop strong relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual sales objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the e-payments industry. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
