Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Company Secretary to manage RBI-related filings and end-to-end corporate secretarial compliance. This role is focused on regulatory adherence, ROC filings, governance documentation, and coordination with practicing company secretaries and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
RBI & Regulatory Compliance Handle RBI compliance matters including FLA filings, FC-GPR, and related foreign investment reporting. Manage change of Registered Office (RO) filings and associated regulatory documentation. Coordinate with AD banks and regulatory authorities where required. Corporate Secretarial & ROC Compliance Manage company incorporation and related statutory registrations.
Ensure timely filing of ROC/MCA forms and maintenance of statutory registers. Prepare board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes. Manage annual compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013. Support secretarial audits and compliance reviews. Liaise with practicing Company Secretaries for certifications and advisory support.
Qualifications
& Experience Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI member preferred). 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ROC filings and RBI compliance. Experience working with a practicing Company Secretary firm is preferred. Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA regulations.
