Weekend Packaging Tech

Summary: Performing unracking and unmasking duties. Participate in all day-to-day activities in the Packaging department with a focus on throughput and continuous improvement. Helps create and promote a performance-based culture using departmental metrics and daily production meetings while providing training and guidance to the department to keep it operating at a high level of efficiency to maximize results.
