Position Purpose: To trim, inspect, and prepare food products to meet Sandridge Crafted Foods' quality, safety, and production standards while maintaining efficient workflow on the trim line. Key Specific Responsibilities:

• Be able to use deductive reasoning
• Follow specific instructions
• Be physically capable of bending, lifting up to 75 lb., and stooping repetitively
• Be physically capable to push and/or pull pallets and product trees in conjunction with assigned associates in excess of 1,000 lbs.
• Stand on feet for 8 to 12 hour shifts
• Endure a wet and cold work environment
• Work safely with production equipment
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be able to work well with hands
• Work well with others

• Be engaged in the SQE Work Safety Program Qualifications for Position (Experience, Education and Licensure):
• Previous food manufacturing or trimming experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely use knives and cutting tools.
• Ability to work in a cold and wet environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills. Supervision:
• None Measurements of Performance: Production & Productivity Consistently trims product accurately while maintaining established production rates and minimizing waste. Quality & Product Standards Produces trimmed product that meets Sandridge Crafted Foods' quality specifications with minimal defects or rework. Safety & Food Safety Compliance Follows all safety procedures, knife safety practices, GMPs, HACCP requirements, and SQE expectations with zero or minimal safety incidents. Reliability & Work Ethic Demonstrates dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Teamwork & Collaboration Works effectively with production team members to maintain workflow and support overall production goals. Essential Competencies: Attention to Detail Consistently identifies quality issues and trims products according to established specifications. Manual Dexterity Uses knives and trimming tools safely, efficiently, and accurately while maintaining consistent product quality.
