Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of two, plus myself. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and also had a background in education. That experience helped shape my passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others within the insurance industry. I’m a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, married with a baby, and our office includes two dogs, Ginger and Piper, who bring a fun and welcoming energy to the team.

I’m also a certified scuba diver and have a love for jellyfish, which adds a unique touch to who I am outside of work. I’m very active in the community as President of the Leavenworth Rotary Club, and I stay involved through local events and by sponsoring a soccer league. Building strong community connections is an important part of our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
