Eagle Quest is looking for a qualified professional to join our team! The STRONG Home Supervisor is responsible for oversight of operational aspects of a treatment-level foster home, staffing, and behavioral health services. The home Supervisor will also be the liaison between community partners and the homes staff. This position will provide direct supervision of staff as well as support the STRONG home manager.
This is a grant funded program operated by Eagle Quest. Ad ditional responsibilities include oversight of referrals, intake and scheduling process of all behavioral health services, ensuring quality service delivery, positive outcomes, and excellent customer service, and training to ensure an effective workforce. We welcome candidates who possess the following: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university - required At least one (1) year Supervisory experience At least three (3) years experience in providing services to children and their families – required.
