What You'll Do

Prepare fresh ingredients according to company recipes and specifications Accurately read, follow, and execute standardized recipes Measure, portion, and label products to ensure consistency Maintain high standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation Properly rotate and store products using food safety standards Keep prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every shift is set up for success What We're Looking For Ability to accurately read and follow recipes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality A passion for scratch-made food and consistency Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen Food preparation experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Milwaukee Burger Company?
