Big Box Removal Associate

BIG BOX REMOVAL ASSOCIATE JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt JOB OVERVIEW: MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Big Box Removal Team assists customers with finding their items. The entire removal team provides every winning bidder with exemplary service.

The Big Box Team deals with larger items. This position reports to the Big Box Removal Team Lead. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Know how auction items are categorized Assist customers in finding their items Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage them to continue bidding Perform other tasks as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday; Required Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 10 AM - 6:30 PM & Tuesday/Thursday: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM , 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds or more with a team lift Must be able to follow written directions and company policies Must be highly organized Must be detail-oriented High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Must be customer-focused BENEFITS: Healthcare after 60 days of employment Weekly paychecks Employee credit each week to bid on our items after 60 days of employment 401(k) with employer match after 90 days of employment Employee Referral Program 5 days PTO after 90 days of employment MAC.
