Branch Performance Manager

Today, Humes manufactures and supplies concrete, pipeline and precast solutions through a nationwide network, backed by the scale and career opportunities of Fletcher Building. We’re looking for a collaborative and people-focused Branch Performance Manager to strengthen capability and consistency across our 20 branches.

Working alongside Regional and Branch Managers, you’ll provide practical coaching, share best practice and turn business priorities into sustainable improvements for our people, customers and operations. Regular national travel, including overnight stays, is required. What you’ll be doing Coach and support branch leaders to build confidence and capability.

Develop practical training, improvement plans and career pathways. Review branch processes and help teams achieve consistent standards. Improve customer service, sales, profitability and operational efficiency. Strengthen inventory accuracy, forecasting and financial disciplines. Support recruitment, induction and national business initiatives.

Guide change with care, clarity and strong employee engagement. Champion a safe, inclusive and continuously improving workplace. What you’ll bring Experience supporting performance across dispersed or multi-site teams. A constructive coaching style and a genuine interest in developing others. Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.

Commercial awareness and confidence using evidence to guide decisions. Experience implementing training, strategies, processes or frameworks. Effective change-management and continuous-improvement capability. A relevant tertiary qualification in operations, training or a related field.
