ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member, which gave me valuable experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to build a successful agency and support customers effectively. I’m a graduate of Western Michigan University and am proud to balance a rewarding career with family life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
