• Santa Barbara, CA, Salary Range: $16.90 - $16.90Hourly, Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences. Become knowledgeable on all new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, features, technology, and available protection products. Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives. Follow up with customers before and after the sale to encourage repeat and referral business. Learn and effectively overcome objections while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance objectives. Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the dealership CRM. Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve department goals. Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.

Qualifications

revious automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
