Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading manufacturing operations across a hybrid schedule (5p to 1:30a) supporting both 2nd and 3rd shift production teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in lean manufacturing principles, employee development, process improvement, and operational excellence.

The Operations Supervisor will drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while building a highly engaged and accountable workforce during extended off-shift coverage. The ideal candidate is a strong coach and mentor with proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing tools, leading change initiatives, managing employee performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
