Job Skills / Requirements HOA FLEX SECURITY OFFICER Las Vegas, NV | $18.00/Hour | Part-Time / Flex POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services within high-end HOA/residential communities in Las Vegas .

This position is ideal for an experienced security professional who understands the expectations of a residential community environment and can provide a polished, professional, and customer-focused presence. The position is part-time, approximately 16 hours per week , with the potential for 24–32 hours per week based on community demands and coverage needs .

This is a flex position , meaning the schedule may vary and may include different days and shifts , including regular daytime/evening coverage as well as overnight assignments. The HOA sites may also vary, depending on coverage needs. SCHEDULE Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week Additional hours may be available based on coverage needs Potential for approximately 24–32 hours per week depending on operational demands Flexible scheduling may include: Daytime and evening shifts Overnight shifts Various days of the week, including weekends Schedule may vary based on client and community needs REQUIREMENTS Active Nevada PILB Guard Card required Previous security experience in an HOA/residential community environment required Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required Successful MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) clearance required Strong customer service and communication skills Exceptional professional appearance and demeanor Ability to maintain a calm, discreet, and highly professional presence Ability to interact appropriately with residents, guests, vendors, and community personnel Strong observation and situational awareness skills Ability to stand and remain attentive for extended periods Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts, weekends, and overnight coverage as needed PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Military experience Law enforcement experience Additional experience in gated communities, luxury residential properties, hospitality, or other premium client-service environments WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR This is a high-visibility residential security position where professionalism, communication, and presentation matter.
