Continuity Associate

Job Details: Job Location: Jackpot Junction

• Morton, MN, Position Type: Part-Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $35.59Hourly, Job Shift: Afternoon/Evening (+Weekends), ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Work with the Warehouse and Rewards Club teams to convert and prepare the venue for distribution including, but not limited to, unloading, unboxing and organizing into tubs. Set up and take down chairs, tables, staging, pipe-and-drape and other event-related items and equipment (requires frequent heavy lifting). Assist with continuity distribution. Respond to radio requests for setup, removal and additional stock. Operate applicable equipment and machinery (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, etc.). Clean and maintain event spaces, equipment and machinery. Communicate all concerns to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience working in a related field preferred but not required. Must possess a valid Minnesota driver’s license. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES Strong organizational and communication skills. Strong public relation and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Computer literacy and general office skills.

Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule. Ability to work independently. Ability to operate all required equipment and machinery. Ability to drive a vehicle. Highly reliable and self-motivated. UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.

Regular attendance and punctuality. Ability and willingness to work any changes in scheduled hours as required. Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel and encourage others to do the same. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Mobility throughout the facility. Ability to lift and move heavy items and equipment on a frequent basis.
