Harrington Bottling Company is looking for a dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented CDL-A Route Delivery Driver to join our Helena team. This position offers a consistent four-day workweek, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with one of Montana's leading beverage distributors.

As a Local CDL Driver, you will deliver Pepsi products and other beverage brands to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and retail accounts throughout the region. This role combinescommercial driving, route delivery, merchandising, customer service, and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) responsibilities. If you enjoy working independently, staying active throughout the day, and building relationships with customers, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Your day will begin by safely operating a Class A commercial vehicle and servicing an established route of customers. At each stop, you'll unload beverage products, stock customer inventories, rotate products for freshness, and ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are organized and fully merchandised.

You will also complete delivery paperwork, maintain accurate route records, perform required vehicle inspections, and follow all DOT and company safety requirements. Just as importantly, you'll serve as a representative of Harrington Bottling by providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers across your route.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates must have a valid Class A CDL and an acceptable driving record. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull, and move beverage products throughout the workday. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Previous experience in route delivery, beverage distribution, food service delivery, trucking, transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, merchandising, sales delivery, or Direct Store Delivery (DSD) is helpful, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
