Instrument Operator/Floor Coordinator (Female Only)

Job Title: Instrument Operator/Floor Coordinator Department: Biomedical / Clinical Support Services Location: Cambridge layout, Ulsoor Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Instrument Operator will be responsible for applying hair care products to the scalp of healthy participants and operating a Dino-Lite camera to capture scalp and hair images for clinical research studies.

The role involves handling the instrument carefully, following study protocols, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring accurate and consistent image capture.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Hair trials as per the ICH GCP and Protocol Specified Guidelines. Operating, handling, and maintenance of Hair instruments as per SOP and instrument manual Documenting the instrument data. Calibration of instruments within the timeline and maintaining records. Floor coordination for the study activities. Assisting in scheduling the subjects for the visits.

Timely submission of study-related data for the analysis. In case of any concern or any anomaly, report to the line manager immediately and follow up until resolution/ escalation to management if required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Certification in Medical Instrumentation 0- 1 year of experience operating clinical instruments or floor Management Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and follow strict protocols.
