Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Contract**

$85–$100/hour (Starting) | Flexible Scheduling | Supportive Clinical Team**

Multiple locations available; (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey) **

At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC**, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate ABA services—and just as importantly, supporting the clinicians who make that possible.

What You’ll Do:**

  • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to BTs/RBTs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure clinical integrity
  • Analyze data to guide treatment decisions and maximize outcomes
  • Provide parent and caregiver training for skill generalization
  • Design and adapt individualized programs based on client progress

What You Bring:**

  • Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification** in good standing with the BACB
  • Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus*
