Position Overview

In this role, you will operate tractor-trailers or straight trucks across a range of assignments. You must be flexible regarding schedule, equipment, and freight handling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

& Job Details Equipment: Drive tractor-trailers or straight trucks (manual or automatic transmission). Routes & Travel: Perform local, regional, and OTR routes. Travel may include flying out to pick up a truck on-site with employer-paid hotel stays. Freight Handling: Experience with both Touch and No-Touch freight. Must be able to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and manage freight securement properly.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and assignments for weeks at a time.

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Ability to operate standard (manual) and automatic transmissions Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and reliability Flexibility to travel, stay overnight, or fly out for assignment coverage when required Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour (based on assignment and experience) Guaranteed Hours: At least 30+ hours worked every week Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays
