And so much more. Come break through with us. Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage LCD glass substrate finishing processes to ensure consistent performance and reliability. Troubleshoot material, process, and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions as needed” Lead improvement projects to enhance yield, uptime, quality, and cost efficiency. Track performance metrics, analyze data, and monitor process capability (e.

g., CPK). Provide weekend and shift coverage as required. Trains operators on new equipment and processes Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes. Assure quality and repeatability of processes and products Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation and training Experiences/Education

• Required Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field; proficiency in mechanical design and precision machinery is preferred.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
