• Wilson, NC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: 1st , The Maintenance Planner/Administrator supports operational efficiency by managing work order processes, preventive maintenance scheduling, documentation, and reporting functions. Functional Responsibilities: Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules Manage work order intake, prioritization, and tracking Maintain CMMS documentation and asset records Coordinate vendor scheduling and documentation Track completion status of maintenance activities Maintain service logs and inspection records Support compliance documentation and audit preparation This role supports process coordination and documentation functions and does not assume operational decision-making authority outside assigned scope.
